Repairs & finishing

A wall that needs patching. A door that never closes properly. The trim that was left for another day. A short, sensible list can make the whole property feel better cared for.

A sensible starting point

The details, put right.

  • Drywall holes, dents and surface repairs
  • Baseboards, casing and finishing details
  • Interior door and hardware adjustments
  • A grouped list of small repairs before a move or visit

What helps with the estimate

Tell us what is damaged, which rooms are affected and whether you have matching paint or spare materials. A wide photo and a close-up help distinguish one simple repair from a larger underlying issue.

Define the work before it starts.

Active leaks, recurring movement and structural concerns need the cause addressed before the finish is repaired. Mention them at the start so the work can be scoped properly.

A useful guide for your project

A few useful answers

Before you get in touch.

Can I combine several small repairs in one estimate?

Yes. Put them in one list, with the room and your priority beside each item. We can review the list together and confirm which items fit the visit.

Can damaged drywall always be patched and painted?

Not always. Moisture, movement or other continuing damage needs to be understood first. Matching an existing paint finish may also require painting a wider area.
